Sources: Real Madrid plan to sign Milan Skriniar after Tottenham offer tabled
Real Madrid are ready to beat Tottenham to the signing of Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar, sources have told Football Insider.
The centre-back, 27, is in the final year of his contract and could leave for free at the end of the season if no new deal can be agreed with the Italian giants.
Inter rejected offers from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer for Skriniar, while Tottenham and Chelsea have also submitted offers for him in the previous window.
It is believed the London duo retain an interest in the Slovakia international, with Antonio Conte a huge admirer of him.
Real’s interest will be a concern for Tottenham and Chelsea.
The Spanish giants capitalised on the free agent market in the summer by signing Antonio Rudiger from Chelsea and they are now planning to set up a similar deal for Skriniar.
