Tottenham will now consider selling Richarlison during the January transfer window amid interest from Saudi Arabia, sources have told Football Insider.

The 26-year-old striker could part ways with the North London club next month after failing to settle in following his reported £60million move from Everton.

It is understood that there is heavy interest in Richarlison's signature from the Saudi Arabian Pro League and Spurs are willing to cash in on the Brazil international.

The Tottenham board have made a U-turn on Richarlison's future in recent weeks after Football Insider revealed in November that they were ready to reject all offers for the forward.

Tottenham believe the huge money on offer from Saudi clubs could be used to help boost their own transfer budget with Ange Postecoglou eager to add to his squad over January to address the club's current injury crisis.

Richarlison's poor form in front of goal is causing senior figures at Spurs to lose patience in his ability to turn things around at the London club.

A well-placed source previously told Football Insider that Richarlison’s Tottenham move “hasn’t worked out for all parties”.

He has scored twice and assisted three times in 13 appearances for Spurs across all competitions in the 2023/24 campaign.

Since completing his move to Spurs, he has scored just five goals in 48 total appearances.

The former Everton striker has also struggled for consistent game time this season with Postecoglou preferring to field Heung-Min Son as a sole striker.
