West Ham are braced for offers for first-choice centre-back partnership Kurt Zouma and Nayef Aguerd in the January window, sources have told Football Insider.

It is believed both players are the subject of big-money interest from Saudi Pro League clubs as the mid-season window approaches.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that West Ham boss David Moyes would be "desperate" to replace either player should they quit for the Middle East.

One such target is Harry Maguire, who the London club tried to sign from Man United in the summer window before he chose to remain at Old Trafford.

Aguerd, 27, has started all but one of the Irons' Premier League games this season - with suspension ruling him out of the 3-1 away win over Brighton in August.

The Morocco international arrived at the London Stadium from Rennes last summer, signing a contract running until June 2027.

Zouma, 28, has played every Premier League minute this season while being rested in the Europa League and League Cup.

The ex-France international's contract is set to expire in June 2025 with the player yet to sign an extension since arriving from Chelsea in 2021.

He was made captain earlier this year following Declan Rice's move to Arsenal.

West Ham moved to sign Stuttgart defender Konstantinos Mavropanos in the summer window.

However, the Greece international is yet to make his mark in the Premier League and has been limited to cup and European action.
