Liverpool have announced they have agreed to sign Dominic Solanke from Chelsea in the summer – and the club’s supporters on Twitter are not pleased with the move.
The Merseyside club confirmed on their official website that the striker will move to Anfield on 1 July when his contract at Chelsea expires.
The 19-year-old forward will be leaving Stamford Bridge after coming through their academy, but made just one senior appearance for the Londoners.
Liverpool fans are not pleased about signing the teenager and would rather see the club make a marquee signing like Alexandre Lacazette.
The Mirror have reported that the Reds are keen on signing the £60million-rated striker from Lyon, who has scored 37 goals in 45 appearances across all competitions this season.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has shown a desire to introduce youngsters into his first team squad at Anfield and is likely to need plenty of faces with the extra European fixtures next season.
Solanke will be hoping to force his way into contention of the senior squad, where he could battle the likes of Daniel Sturridge, Roberto Firmino and Divock Origi for a starting position.
The youngster has experienced a loan spell at Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem and managed seven goals for them, but is yet to feature in a Premier League game.
In other Liverpool transfer news, the club’s attacking target has revealed he wants to quit.
