West Ham find themselves out of the relegation places following their 3-0 dismantling of Stoke City, as they move up to 15th in the league.
The game was end-to-end for most parts, as both clubs managed 14 shots or more, however it came down to who would take those chances.
Stoke had 17 shots but not one of those were on target, whereas West Ham managed to find the net three times from their seven.
This win means that David Moyes’ men are unbeaten in three games, including an impressive win over reigning Premier League champions Chelsea, and leapfrog Stoke who drop to 17th.
This game could have greater implications to the already tightly contested bottom of the table in terms of goal difference, as West Ham now have not conceded a goal in their last three games.
