Tottenham are confident of luring Fulham star Tosin Adarabioyo to the club this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

However, it is believed Adarabioyo is not towards the top of the Tottenham list with the transfer window still at an early stage.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider the former Man City defender could become a "real option" for Postecoglou and Spurs as the window progresses.

It is believed the Lilywhites are confident in their ability to lure Adarabioyo to the club.

The centre-back has just 12 months left to run on his contract at Fulham - and Tottenham feel he could be available for a cut-price fee.

He is experienced in the Premier League and impressed for Fulham last season as Marco Silva’s side finished 10th in the top flight.

The former England youth international turned out 29 times for Fulham in the 2022-23 campaign, scoring once.

Adarabioyo has managed 186 senior career games during his spells with Fulham, Man City, Blackburn Rovers and West Brom.

He earns a reported weekly wage of £40,000-a-week at Craven Cottage.

New Tottenham boss Postecoglou has made centre-back one of a number of priority positions for recruitment this summer.
