Tottenham duo Kyle Walker and Victor Wanyama will be assessed ahead of Sunday’s White Hart Lane clash against Southampton.
The north London club are currently preparing to host the Saints without star men Harry Kane and Danny Rose.
But, they could be weakened by further injuries with the club’s official Twitter account revealing on Friday that Walker has a minor ankle problem, while Wanyama will also be assessed on a neck issue.

Both Walker and summer signing Wanyama have been key to Tottenham’s high standing in the league this season.
The full-back has seemingly emerged as one of the best right-backs in England, boasting a return of six assists from 31 matches in all competitions this season.

Meanwhile, Wanyama, who Mauricio Pochettino worked with at Southampton has slotted into the centre of the park with relative ease.
The 25-year-old defensive midfielder has built up a fantastic partnership with teammate Mousa Dembele in the middle of the park and has helped add to an already impressive defensive unit.
Both Walker and Wanyama will be hoping to make Sunday’s encounter with Tottenham still looking to keep the pace with league leaders Chelsea.
