By Harry Sykes
Tottenham are reportedly in advanced talks to sign Galatasaray winger Bruma – and fans have taken to Twitter to express their delight.
ESPN FC claim the Premier League big hitters are on the verge of sealing a deal for the jet-heeled wide attacker, 22, following three months of talks.
It is said that Spurs began dialogue with Galatasaray in January and there were on-off for some time but the transfer is now close to completion.
ESPN FC report that Galatasaray are still trying to tie Bruma down to a new deal but may accept they are now likely to have to cash in on one of their prize assets.
Spurs fans are almost universally thrilled at the prospect of signing the speed machine and can see why he is a target for Mauricio Pochettino.

We’ve been linked with a couple players with a year left on contracts in the summer. Bruma, Barkley and Meyer. Cut price levy?

Anybody know anything about this Bruma guy we’re being linked with? Gotta say never heard of him. Thoughts?

@addicted_spurs Does Bruma even speak English? I guarantee zaha would transition into our side much faster than any of the three

Bruma has been linked with an exit from Turkey because he is out of contract in the summer of 2018 and Galatasaray have been unsuccessful in tying him down to a contract extension.
Bruma has been in fine form for the club this season, directly contributing to 14 league goals with eight goals and six assists from 24 matches.
In all competitions, he has scored eight goals and provided eight assists from 31 fixtures.
In other Tottenham transfer news, the club have sensationally terminated the contract of one of their emerging stars.
