'Moment of the day' - Tottenham fans react on Twitter to Wenger post-match antics

By Danny Wright

Tottenham fans haven taken to Twitter to react to Arsene Wenger’s post-match antics after watching his Arsenal side lose on Sunday.

The Gunners slumped to a 2-0 defeat in the final North London derby at White Hart Lane, courtesy of second-half goals from in-form duo Dele Alli and Harry Kane.

The result meant that the Gunners would finish behind Tottenham in the Premier League standings for the first time in 22 years.

Wenger didn’t take defeat too well and stormed out of a Sky Sports interview shortly after the game, as shown on one of their official Twitter accounts.

The Frenchman didn’t take to kindly to the amount of Tottenham-related questions he was being asked.

Arsenal stayed sixth in the table following the loss while Mauricio Pochettino’s side moved back to within four points of leaders Chelsea, who had won 3-0 against Everton earlier in the day.

The Gunners can no longer use their games in hand to catch up with the top five and may be forced to finish outside the Champions League qualification spots for the first time in Wenger’s lengthy reign.

Tottenham fans revelled in the victory on Twitter and were quick to make fun of the Frenchman for his post-match meltdown.
