Tottenham fans have hit out at Pedro Porro after his performance in the Premier League clash v Liverpool at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Ange Postecoglou's team were brushed aside by the league's top side in another goal frenzy in North London, with goals from Luis Diaz and Alexis Mac Allister putting them 2-0 up, before James Maddison and Luiz Diaz made the score 3-1 at half-time.

The second half saw a brace from Mohamed Salah, before goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Dominic Solanke, followed by Diaz's second goal which saw the game end 6-3.

However, the focus for Tottenham fans rested on the performance of their right-back after the 25-year-old once again struggled defensively.

Porro has been the subject of plenty of criticism from the stands after his recent displays, as his lack of awareness and quality in defence has led to multiple goals against Spurs.

His latest lacklustre display came after Djed Spence's impressive display during the Carabao Cup win against Man United, leading many to insist he should be the starting right-back from now on.

Tottenham fans insist Pedro Porro must be sold in January

Porro's long-term future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has come into question, with his frustrating performances coming at the same time as multiple exit links.

Now, Spurs fans have taken to social media to insist the club should listen to transfer offers, while his display against Liverpool was labelled a "horrific" and "absolutely clueless".
