Odds slashed: Tottenham huge favourites to sign £35m forward as manager throws doubt on Malcom move

The odds of Tottenham signing PSG winger Lucas Moura have been slashed today, after doubt was cast on their move for Malcom.
Lucas has been a fringe player at PSG this season, making just five league appearances and scoring one goal.
That is in contrast to least season when he scored 12 goals in 37 league goals as he played a major part in PSG’s runner-up finish in Ligue 1.
Lucas is keen for a move as he knows his game time will be severely limited in Paris and made strong statements about being unhappy at his current club.
L’equipe, the French media platform, made the revelations regarding the Brazilian attacker as the 25-year-old continues to be left out by the Ligue 1 side.
“The shock is brutal,” Moura said about his lack of game time in French outlet L’equipe.
“I am disgusted to no longer play, not to be able to express myself as I did.”
PSG signed Lucas from Sao Paulo in January 2013 for a fee of £35million.
This comes after new Bordeaux manager Gus Poye stated that Malcom would be remaining in the South of France.
“I asked straight away if Malcom would be staying or not,” said Poyet in The Sun.
“They said yes. I said: ‘OK, now we can continue the discussion.'”
Now, his comments and doubt over the move for Malcom have led to leading bookmaker SkyBet to slash his odds.

Tottenham are priced at just 6/5 to sign the £35million man, with their nearest rivals Napoli and Real Beits back at 6/1.
Lucas is just 1/4 to leave PSG in January, which means the bookies think he is highly likely to move.
At the moment, there’s seemingly only one destination in mind – north London.
