Tottenham set to smash club-record revenue after £70m+ Champions League boost
Tottenham Hotspur are expected to smash their club-record revenue despite their on-field struggles this season, sources have told Football Insider.
Spurs currently sit 16th in the Premier League table and just one point above the relegation zone, but reaching the Champions League knock-out rounds has provided them with a financial boost.
Igor Tudor’s side were beaten 7-5 on aggregate by Atletico Madrid in their last-16 tie despite claiming a 3-2 victory in the second leg.
Deloitte’s 2026 Money League revealed the north London giants’ turnover surged from £528million in 2023-24 to £565m last season, marking their highest-ever total.
However, Tottenham’s revenue will increase again this season due to their Champions League prize money.

Tottenham finished fourth in the league phase of the Champions League, with five wins and one draw securing their automatic qualification for the last 16.
Despite missing out on a quarter-final place, it has been a successful European campaign from a financial perspective.

Football Insider revealed on Thursday (19 March) Tottenham earned £71.6m in prize money from the Champions League this season.
That figure would have increased by a further £10.8m had they overcame Atletico to set up a quarter-final showdown against Barcelona.
However, sources say the Champions League boost will see Spurs’ revenue surge towards the £600m mark this season.
That would bring them closer to some of their Premier League rivals, with Liverpool recording the highest turnover in the top flight at £703m last season.
Why Tottenham are facing revenue dip after Premier League form
Although Tottenham can be satisfied with their efforts in the Champions League this season, their domestic form has been incredibly disappointing.
Alongside their fight to remain in the Premier League, Spurs exited the FA Cup in the third round and failed to make it past the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
It means there will be no European football played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium next season, leading to an anticipated dip in revenue.
The immediate focus, however, will be on preserving their Premier League status over the coming weeks, having gone 12 games without a top-flight win.
Tudor is now preparing his side for their crunch game against fourth-bottom Nottingham Forest on Sunday (22 March), where a victory would ease their relegation fears.
