Tottenham Hotspur have agreed a fee to sign Forest Green Rovers’ teenage sensation Darim Tchadjobo, sources have told Football Insider.

The teenage striker has been earning rave reviews for Forest Green’s youth sides and has been prolific in front of goal.

The 14-year-old’s potential has alerted several clubs higher up the football pyramid, and Spurs are looking to steal a march on their rivals by agreeing a fee with National League outfit Forest Green for the starlet.

Tottenham's transfer plans are likely to change depending on their league status at the end of the season, but the club are already planning for the future as the race heats up for Tchadjobo.

Tottenham academy continues to draw in new talent

Tottenham's academy is one of the most exciting in the Premier League, with the club continuing to produce young talents who are spread across the English pyramid.

The likes of Callum Olusesi and Junai Byfield are earning valuable minutes in and around the first team, despite the current situation at the bottom of the league table.

In addition to the duo, James Wilson, on loan from Hearts, could be signed permanently at the end of the season, having notched two goals in five matches for the Under-21s.

There is a clear path through to the first team from the academy, while the likes of Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall are both being given chances to shine on some of the biggest stages.

What does the future hold for Mikey Moore?

Mikey Moore is currently one of the Lilywhites' most exciting prospects, having gone out on loan to Rangers and shone in the Scottish Premiership this season.

In 40 appearances, the tricky winger has notched six goals and three assists, bagging his latest goal contribution in the 4-1 demolition of Aberdeen on Saturday, 21 March.

Keith Wyness told Football Insider that Rangers will be unable to sign Moore permanently, even if manager Danny Rohl wants to, which suggests a return to North London is upcoming.

Next season should provide the 18-year-old with a platform to really prove himself to the Spurs fans, having just 21 first-team appearances under his belt right now.
