Tottenham idol: Top-four race 'up in the air' amid 'huge' Arsenal claim - 'Conte knows'
Paul Robinson has claimed the north London derby “will have a huge say” on whether Tottenham finish in the top four.
However, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former White Hart Lane number one suspects the game will not be “season-defining” given Spurs and Arsenal’s “unpredictability.”
Tottenham moved into fourth for a matter of hours on Sunday after a 3-1 win over Leicester City.
However, Arsenal responded with a 2-1 win at West Ham to restore a two-point advantage over their rivals.
Both sides have four fixtures remaining of the 2021-22 campaign of which one is a north London derby at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 12 May.
When asked by Football Insider for his assessment of the run-in, Robinson said: “Antonio Conte knows that it is in their control.

“I know they have to go to Liverpool but when you look at all of the fixtures, they have the better run-in because they play the north London derby at home.
“The thing is, both side lose sides lose games you’d expect them to win and win games you’d expect them to lose. The unpredictability of both throws it all up in the air.
“The north London derby will have a huge say on who finishes in fourth.
“It is about which team can get on a consistent run. Arsenal have the momentum at the moment. That game is vital but I wouldn’t say it is season-defining at this stage.”
