Report: Tottenham eye £13m profit after slapping price tag on outcast
By Harvey Byrne
Tottenham have placed a £20million price tag on winger Nacer Chadli, according to a report.
The Mirror have claimed that the north London side have placed the eight-figure valuation on the 27-year-old outcast, who cost them £7million in 2013.
However, the high price tag is understood to have put off the Belgium international’s suitors.
Premier League rivals Swansea and Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund are believed to have an interest in the Spurs wide man, but neither club are willing to spend over the odds for Chadli.
It is understood that the Spurs senior man, who still has two-years left on his contract, is surplus to requirements at White Hart Lane.

The Belgian was omitted from both the London club’s pre-season tour of Australia and their 24-man squad that travelled to Oslo for a 6-1 friendly win over Inter Milan last Friday.
The left-winger starred in 40 encounters for Mauricio Pochettino’s side last season in all competitions scoring seven goals and providing five assists.
However, with the addition of Vincent Janssen this summer to accompany Erik Lamela, Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Son Heung-min already in the attacking positions Chadli has found himself some way down the club’s pecking order.
Pochettino is looking to improve his Spurs squad which finished in third place last season, as he looks to push for the Premier League title as well as remaining competitive in the Champions League.
