Tottenham have a contract ready for Roma boss Luciano Spalletti if Mauricio Pochettino leaves the club, according to a report.
Italian news outlet Tuttomercatoweb has claimed that the north London giants have a three-year deal worth £3.9m ready for the European boss if key man Pochettino quits Spurs.
The Argentinian has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona with current boss Luis Enrique set to leave the La Liga side in the summer.
Additionally, the Express have reported that national side Argentina are interested in appointing the Tottenham manager.
Now, Spalletti, 58, could have been earmarked by the Spurs hierarchy as a possible Pochettino replacement due to his experience as a manager.

The Italian has been on the touchlines since 1995, starting with Italian side Empoli.
He has since taken charge of a number of clubs, including Udinese, Roma and Zenit Saint Petersburg and he has been named the Serie A coach of the year twice after successes with Roma in 2006 and 2007.
He has currently got the Italian giants battling in second place in the top-flight, six points behind league leaders Juventus and his current contract is set to expire in the summer.
