Christian Eriksen has assured Tottenham fans that he will remain at White Hart Lane for the foreseeable future.
Eriksen, 25, has been in fine form for Mauricio Pochettino’s side this season, starring in the Argentinian’s newly-implemented 3-4-2-1 system.
Speaking to Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet, playmaker Eriksen revealed that he is happy in north London and is willing to remain at Spurs until the end of his contract.
“I have honestly not thought about it,” Eriksen said, when asked about his future.
“I live in the present. Right now, there are still more than three years left on my contract. I feel great here and I really like being at Tottenham.”

Tottenham’s number 23 has been prolific in front of goal this season, scoring 10 goals in 38 league and cup appearances as well as providing 16 strikes in assists.
The Denmark international has teamed up with Dele Alli in an attacking midfield role behind Harry Kane, giving him the freedom to roam the final third without being tracked by the opposition.
Currently away with the Denmark squad, Eriksen is set to return to Spurs soon after failing to provide the difference in the final third during his country’s 0-0 draw against Romania.
Since his move from Dutch giants Ajax, Eriksen has scored 40 goals in 169 league and cup encounters and will be looking to add to that next time out against Burnley.
Spurs travel to Lancashire to face the Clarets on April 1 after the international break, as they look to secure three points to keep the pressure on league leaders Chelsea.
In other Tottenham news, Rio Ferdinand has delivered this verdict on one of Eriksen’s teammates.
