Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian is finalising a move to La Liga side Real Betis, sources have told Football Insider.

The Reds ace, 37, is out of contract at the end of this month.

Adrian has rejected an extension offer at Liverpool and is closing in on a return to the Spanish club after 11 years in England.

The Seville-based side have submitted what sources say is an "attractive" offer to the veteran shot-stopper and he has agreed terms on a free transfer switch.

He failed to make a single appearance for Jurgen Klopp's side last term after extending his contract by 12 months in June 2023.

Adrian also spent six years at West Ham, making 150 appearances before joining Liverpool on a free transfer.

Betis finished seventh in La Liga in the 2023-24 campaign and will play in the qualifying rounds of the Uefa Conference League in August.
