Chelsea want to sign a new goalkeeper, a wide forward and a striker this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, transfer correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed that the Blues have prioritised these positions despite their financial struggles.
It is believed that Chelsea will have to sanction significant player sales to legally finance moves this summer.
Well-placed sources have told Football Insider (6 March) that they are planning to sell up to four senior stars before July to meet PSR requirements.

Mauricio Pochettino's side have underperformed on the pitch this season despite Todd Boehly spending over £1billion since his arrival at the club and are keen to bolster their squad.
Chelsea have lacked a lethal centre-forward option too with first-choice striker Nicolas Jackson, who arrived for a reported £32million from Villarreal last summer, not meeting expectations.
It is believed that they are interested in signing Brentford ace Ivan Toney, with sources telling Football Insider (22 March) that they and rivals Tottenham are keen on his services this summer.
The club have plenty of wide attacking options at their disposal, including Raheem Sterling and Noni Madueke, but their futures remain uncertain amid their need to balance their books before 30 June.
Chelsea sit 11th in the Premier League table and most recently advanced to the semi-finals of the FA Cup after their 4-2 win against Leicester City on Sunday (17 March).
They are next in action against Burnley at home on 30 March after the international break.
