Chelsea fans have pushed the club to sign Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel after a sensational swap deal has been reported.
According to Sky Sports’ Florian Plettenberg, Chelsea have opened talks with the German giants bout a potential swap deal between Tel and Christopher Nkunku.
The Blues forward has struggled to nail down a regular starting position at Stamford Bridge, with Enzo Maresca preferring Nicolas Jackson upfront.
The France international has scored 13 goals in 28 games across all competitions this season and is under contract at Chelsea until 2029, but he has been linked with a move away from the club.
The Blues are now looking to turn that into a positive by potentially signing France Under-21 international, Tel.
The 19-year-old has broken into the Bayern Munich team recently this season and has made 12 appearances for Vincent Kompany’s team.
