Done deal: Everton reach agreement with centre-forward

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has signed a new five-year Everton contract, it has been announced.
The Merseysiders revealed on their official website on Wednesday night that the versatile forward has put pen to paper on a deal that runs until 2022.
Everton have handed Calvert-Lewin fresh terms even though he only signed from hometown club Sheffield United last August and did not make his senior debut for Everton until December.
The new deal is a reward for the youngster, who has been showed great faith by manager Ronald Koeman in recent weeks.
Calvert-Lewin has scored a single Everton goal, against Hull in mid-March, from 11 league and cup appearances, and started last weekend's 3-0 defeat to Chelsea.
The Telegraph claim the Merseysiders have big plans for the 20-year-old, who has been used principally in a left-sided attacking midfield role
Everton expect Calvert-Lewin to eventually develop into the spearhead of the Everton attack, the position currently held by the league's top scorer Romelu Lukaku, who has struck 24 times this season in the competition.
It is a position in which he has been used for England Under-20s, scoring four goals in eight appearances and is he expected to progress to the Under-21s this summer.
Prior to becoming an Everton player, Calvert-Lewin advanced through United’s academy system and went on to make his debut for the League One club at the age of 18.
He spent the first half of the 2015-16 campaign on loan at Northampton Town, scoring eight goals before returning to Sheffield.
