Everton have a long list of targets for the January transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.

Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed Sean Dyche wants to “bring in another winger” during the upcoming transfer window.

The Merseyside club signed Jesper Lindstrom during the summer, but he hasn’t hit the heights expected so far since his loan deal.

Jack Harrison’s consistency has also been a cause for concern for Everton, which is why Dyche is now looking to improve this aspect of the team.

The 53-year-old manager wants to strengthen his team out wide, and the club are looking at multiple options to fulfill that.

Well-placed sources have told Football Insider that Silas Mvumpa is among that list, but isn’t the only option being considered.

Sean Dyche set for cash injection when Everton takeover completes

Dyche is expected to have a cash injection in the January transfer window if The Friedkin Group takeover happens in time.

The Merseyside giants are currently 16th in the table and put together a three-match undefeated streak before the international break.

Full-back is also being seen as a priority area for Dyche to improve, while he would also like to sign a striker.

However, any potential transfer business for Everton will come down to financial fair play and profit and sustainability rules.
