Andoni Iraola's Bournemouth squad continues to be picked off this summer after another transfer in a key position was confirmed.

The end of the Cherries' most successful top-flight season has quickly given way to Iraola's squad being cherry-picked for its brightest talents, with over £100million earned in outgoing transfers this summer.

Jaidon Anthony and Joe Rothwell have also sealed moves to Burnley and Rangers respectively after their successful loan spells in the Championship last season, and yet another exit has now been confirmed.

Mark Travers completes Everton move after Bournemouth exit

Huijsen, Anthony, Kerkez and Rothwell's departures could be the first of several at the Vitality Stadium this summer, as speculation also surrounds Justin Kluivert's future amid interest from Bayer Leverkusen.

Kluivert's 13 goals and eight assists last season made him Bournemouth's joint-top scorer and one of the Premier League's most prolific attacking midfielders, but could also result in Iraola losing the Dutchman.

Bournemouth's clearest position to address this summer is between the sticks, however, after Mark Travers completed his £4m move to Everton on 15 July in their fifth permanent departure of the summer.

Travers' exit came after he spent the second half of last season on loan at Middlesbrough, and in an Instagram message which Kluivert, he said: "Proud to sign for Everton. New chapter. Ready to give everything for this club. Looking forward to what’s ahead."

Bournemouth and Everton address goalkeeper conundrum

Football Insider Verdict

Travers' move to Everton will likely see him become the number two to Jordan Pickford, who was left alone as the Toffees' only senior goalkeeper after both Asmir Begovic and Joao Virginia were released.

Iraola also had a dearth of keepers to contend with after Chelsea loanee Kepa Arrizabalaga returned to his parent club before sealing a £5m switch to Arsenal, but Bournemouth are taking steps to remedy this.

Another Chelsea keeper in Djordje Petrovic looks set to complete his own permanent move to the Vitality Stadium, giving Iraola the number one he needs as he begins to rebuild what's left of Bournemouth's backline.
