Man City must be careful in their transfer approach if they are to win the quadruple this season.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor has claimed that Pep Guardiola’s side need to sign an attacker before the end of the transfer window.

With Riyad Mahrez now gone after agreeing a jaw-dropping Saudi deal worth £865,000-a-week, Agbonlahor has questioned whether Olise has the quality to come straight into the team.

“You have to question if he is a good enough replacement for a player like Mahrez,” he told Football Insider.

“And maybe even for Bernardo Silva, he's a good player, but Mahrez for me was next level.

“He was outstanding at first touch and Just understood how the game was meant to be played.

“I do look at Man City and if one of them gets injured, you got Alvarez but then who's next?

“Bernardo Silva can play up there, but then you might want him in the center of midfield because of De Bruyne’s  hamstring issues.

“So I think they have to be very careful Manchester City from going and winning a treble to losing a couple of top players that would start as in their team a lot of weeks.

“So I think they need to go out and definitely sign at least one forward player.

“They're in every competition they would want, they probably want to win a quadruple next season, so they need numbers going forward, another midfielder, another attacker at least.
