Crystal Palace are lining up three new signings for the summer transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.

The Eagles have enjoyed a strong end to the Premier League season under Roy Hodgson and will look to build on their momentum by bringing three new players through the doors at Selhurst Park.

It is understood that Palace will target a new right-back, central midfielder and striker ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Hodgson was re-appointed as manager on a short-term basis following Patrick Vieira's dismissal, but Palace stated that they are still in the process of hiring a long-term coach in the summer.

The club's recruitment team are busy at work lining up new signings for the new manager's imminent arrival, with three areas targeted specifically.

Joel Ward has been the first-choice right-back at Palace under Hodgson, but the 33-year-old is nearing the end of his career and the club are keen to find a young replacement for the English defender this summer.

Similarly, the club also want to find a replacement for club captain Luka Milivojevic, who turned 32 last month.

Finally, a striker will be a top priority for the London club, with Wilfried Zaha potentially on his way out of the club this summer.

The 30-year-old's contract is up this summer, and negotiations over a new deal have stalled.

Football Insider sources revealed on Friday (12 May) that Zaha is now 'very likely' to leave Palace this summer as a free agent.

Replacing the Ivory Coast international will be top of Palace's agenda in the summer.
