Sources: Galatasaray line up big King offer as Everton prepare to let him go
Josh King is heading out of Everton next month as Galatasaray prepare to offer him a huge contract to entice him overseas, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.
This site revealed last month that the Merseysiders are set to snub the chance to sign the forward, 29, on a long-term deal this summer.
A recruitment source has told Football Insider there is strong interest from Turkish big guns Galatasaray in signing King.
They are ready to offer him a long-term contract on stellar wages in order to win the race for his signature.
King would also be a star player at Galatasaray, something that has been denied him at Everton since his eleventh-hour January move.
He joined the Merseysiders on deadline day after they beat rivals including Fulham to a last-gasp transfer.
King signed on a short-term deal that expires at the end of the season after Everton paid a fee of around £2million for his services.
The Merseysiders would then need to pay Bournemouth a further top-up fee were they to take up their option of a longer term King deal.
That is not likely to happen as Carlo Ancelotti has not been impressed enough with the Norway international and will instead look to pursue other forwards.
The forward has yet to start a Premier League match for Everton and his eight appearances so far have all come as a sub.
The most recent of those was a 24-minute run-out in the 2-1 defeat to Burnley on 13th March.
King joined Everton after six years at Bournemouth, where he scored 53 goals in 184 matches.
