Early Tottenham team news: Senior trio ruled out of clash against Burnley
By Harry Sykes
Senior Tottenham trio Danny Rose, Erik Lamela and Georges-Kevin NKoudou are sidelined for this afternoon’s league clash against Burnley.
The official Spurs website has confirmed that left-back Rose and wide attacking duo Lamela and NKoudou have been ruled out of the team’s third fixture of the Premier League campaign.
It is reported that Rose is continuing his rehabilitation from a knee injury that has sidelined him since late January and he is on course to return to training within weeks.
Lamela is doing outdoor work as he works his way back from a hip problem that has plagued him for nearly a year, while NKoudou is set to return from a foot injury after the forthcoming international break.
Spurs are aiming to bounce back to winning ways after losing 2-1 at home to Chelsea at Wembley last weekend.

They will once again be the home side as they aim to defeat Sean Dyche’s side, who, coincidentally, defeated Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on the opening Premier League weekend.
