West Ham fans react to Adrian display v Chelsea

West Ham fans were thrilled with Adrian’s performance against Chelsea during their 1-0 win, praising the goalkeeper on social media.

David Moyes opted to keep Adrian in goal for the game against Chelsea despite Joe Hart being available for selection.

Adrian impressed against Manchester City, even though the Hammers lost 2-1, and many fans called for him to be given a chance against Chelsea.

Hart has failed to impress at West Ham so far this season, conceding 30 goals in 14 appearances and keeping only three clean sheets across all competitions.

One fan cleverly said he preferred Adrian’s wall rather than Hart break with another using several greater than signs to state how much better he believed Adrian was than Hart.

Hart is currently on loan at the Hammers from Manchester City, as he was looking to ensure regular football this season with the World Cup in the summer.

However, his World Cup ambitions with England could be in jeopardy if Moyes opts to keep Adrian in goal.

West Ham are next in action on Wednesday against Arsenal at the London Stadium.
