'Sickening' – West Ham fans react on Twitter to Antonio injury shocker
By Matt Bullin
West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to show their frustration at the news that Michail Antonio is out for the season with injury.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic announced today in his pre-match press conference that Antonio will not play again this season.
The club then announced the news via their official Twitter page:

The 27-year-old wide man picked up the hamstring injury in West Ham’s 1-0 win over Swansea last Saturday.
The win, courtesy of a Cheikou Kouyate goal, moved the Hammers away from the relegation zone, while keeping the Swans in deep trouble.

The Hammers now sit 14th in the Premier League and are eight points clear of Swansea who occupy 18th, the final relegation spot.
However losing Antonio is a big blow to Bilic’s side, the winger has nine goals and five assists in his 29 Premier League appearances this campaign, although he has only netted once since the turn of the year.
His absence will mean increased pressure is piled on the likes of Robert Snodgrass, Andre Ayew and Manuel Lanzini to provide width and service for Andy Carroll.
The Hammers fans have shown their anger and frustration at Antonio’s injury.
Here’s a selection of their Tweets:
