'West Ham season over' - Fans devastated by Jarrod Bowen update
Jarrod Bowen may have effectively brought an end to the season for West Ham with his injury, fans of the club have suggested.
It has been a difficult campaign for the Hammers, with new manager Julen Lopetegui already fighting for his with the club 13th in the Premier League table after some underwhelming performances.
Bowen though has been one shining light for his side in that period, and has five goals and four assists to his name in 19 Premier League games so far this season.
However, he is not going to get the chance to add to that anytime soon after the latest update which has left many West Ham fans writing off the rest of their campaign at the midway stage.
West Ham supporters gutted as Jarrod Bowen news emerges
On Sunday (29 December), Bowen was forced off as the Hammers were thrashed 5-0 by Liverpool at the London Stadium.
It has since been confirmed that the winger suffered a fractured foot in that loss, meaning the West Ham ace is now facing a long spell on the sidelines.
That has not surprisingly left many Hammers supporters devastated as they took to social media to react to that news, with many already believing their hopes for the rest of the season are now over.
