Jarrod Bowen's situation to alert top Premier League clubs this summer
Bowen has registered eight goals and 10 assists in 37 league games this season, but missed out on a spot in England's World Cup squad on Friday.
He could lead an exodus out of the London Stadium if the Hammers are relegated, with reports claiming that they would need to raise £100million in player sales ahead of a return to the Championship.

Speaking on the Transfer Insider podcast, I explained: "He's (Bowen) a player that a number of top clubs in the Premier League will be keeping tabs on.
"Obviously with West Ham being on the brink of relegation from the Premier League, I'm sure a host of clubs will be lining up moves for West Ham's top players and there's no doubt that Jarrod Bowen is among them.
"And with the fact that West Ham probably have to sell some players to balance the books, that will also encourage suitors maybe to make moves for the likes of Bowen as well."
Which clubs are watching Bowen ahead of the summer?
Bowen has been a key man for West Ham over the last few years, but will want to return to the scoresheet in a timely fashion this weekend after going 13 league games without a goal.
Sources have told Football Insider that Bowen could leave West Ham for £35million this summer if they are relegated.
Everton, Newcastle, Liverpool and Chelsea have all been linked with a move for the 29-year-old in the coming months.
Man United are reportedly the latest side to register their interest in his services.
