Wijnaldum highlights difference between Liverpool and Chelsea, makes big prediction for next PL

Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum believes that the Merseyside club will be genuine Premier League contenders next season because of the experience they’ve gained this campaign.
He also claimed that the reason Chelsea won the title this year is because they’re more experienced.
The Reds are in pole position to secure a Champions League place as they currently lie in third with a four point advantage over fifth-placed Arsenal with two matches remaining.
Jurgen Klopp’s side travel to the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon to face a resurgent West Ham team.
Ahead of the important match, Wijnaldum spoke to the Liverpool Echo and he claims that his side will have a better chance of competing for the title next year as they have learnt from the mistakes made this season.

“I think the big difference between us and Chelsea this season is that we had a bad period in January/February, we lost games we shouldn’t have lost at the time,” he said.
“What you see with Chelsea is that with the difficult games when they don’t play great, they still win even if it’s just 1-0.”
He added: “I think they’re more experienced than we are and that is why they are in first place.”
Chelsea clinched their fifth Premier League title on Friday night as they beat West Brom 1-0 at the Hawthorns thanks to a late Michy Batshuayi strike.
He concluded: “In a year you can learn a lot. We are going to learn from the mistakes we made this season and we are going to take it into next season. It’s not going to happen to us again.”
It’s a bold claim by the 26-year-old with Liverpool currently 17 points behind the new champions in the league table.
Liverpool have never won the Premier League, and the last time they lifted the First Division trophy was under Kenny Dalglish in the 1989/90 campaign.
