Winks tipped to quit Tottenham for top-eight Premier League side after Nuno reveal
Paul Robinson has tipped Harry Winks to leave Tottenham this summer.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former White Hart Lane number one suggested the 25-year-old would move to a top-eight side if the opportunity presented itself.
Winks struggled for regular game time under previous manager Jose Mourinho which ultimately cost him a place in Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the Euros.
As quoted by the Football.London (17th July), Nuno Espirito Santo remained coy on whether the centre-midfielder was a part of his plans next season.
It comes after Football Insider revealed on June 9th that Fabio Paratici and Spurs will listen to offers for Winks in this window.
He has three years remaining on his contract at Tottenham.

When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs for his assessment of Winks’ future, Robinson said: “Harry Winks needs to play.
“He did not play anywhere near enough last year.
“I’m a big fans of his, I rate him really highly. I think he could get into almost every top six side in the Premier League because he is superb both defensively and offensively. People don’t realise how good the offensive side of his game is because he often plays in a deep-lying role.
“If a top-eight side came knocking I would not be surprised if he took the chance to move on.
“When you consider his age and the fact he was a regular in the England side before last season he will want to play regular football. I think this might be the summer when he moves.”
