'World class' - Celtic fans delighted with club response to Old Firm ticket news
Celtic fans on social media are delighted with the club’s response to the news that Rangers are set to cut the club’s allocation at Ibrox from around 7,000 tickets to under 1,000 tickets.
The Gers released a statement on their official website outlining their plan, and the Hoops have followed suit on their official website, that they plan to cut the Ibrox club’s ticket allocation for Celtic Park.
Hoops fans seem very happy with the club’s reaction, with one fan claiming that even more home fans at Celtic is ‘how we like it’ whilst another fan proclaimed the statement as ‘world class’.
Here are some of the best reactions from Hoops fans to the club’s statement:

If the Hoops ticket allocation is cut, fans will remember that the last four visits to Ibrox ended up in victories for the Bhoys, including a memorable 5-1 win in 2017.
The lack of fans could also serve as motivation to the team, as the likes of Scott Brown and Kieran Tierney in particular will be desperate to silence the Gers fans at Ibrox, and by the same token Gers players will be desperate to silence the Hoops fans at Celtic Park.
