'Wow', 'Better than Bergkamp' – Newcastle fans drool over first-half display of one man v Soton

Newcastle fans were in heaven after after on-loan attacker Kenedy put on an absolute masterclass at St James’ Park on Saturday afternoon.

He scored his first goal after just two minutes and it was world-class as he took a high ball down on his chest, before timing his shot perfectly.

It was his first Premier League strike for Newcastle but what do they say about waiting for buses? Kenedy doubled his account in the 29th minute sending the Newcastle fans into raptures.

One fan said that his first goal was better than Bergkamp’s.

Another asked if there was any way they could keep him after his loan from Chelsea finished.

There’s still a long way to go in the game but Kenedy has fired his team a long way towards a valuable three points already… And it’s not even half time.
