'Wow, who's he going to replace?'- Liverpool tipped to sign 42 goal/assist ace after Klopp talks
Kevin Phillips has tipped Timo Werner to complete a move to Liverpool and claimed Roberto Firmino is most at threat if the German arrived this summer.
However, the former Sunderland and Southampton striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Dylan Childs, suggested Jurgen Klopp may employ a system in which all four can play with Firmino, 28, in behind.
BT Sport’s Raphael Honigstein revealed last week that a meeting had taken place between Werner and Klopp ahead of a potential summer move.
BT Sport's @honigstein stated that Jurgen Klopp and Timo Werner have had a virtual meeting and also stated:
“It could be August or September, but I still think there's a very strong chance he'll end up at Liverpool."

However, RB Leipzig CEO Oliver Mintzlaff is adamant the club will only sell their prized forward if his release clause is met.
The striker has been in electric form this season, scoring 30 goals and providing 12 assists in all competitions.
When asked by Football Insider who is most at threat from the Germany international’s potential arrival at Anfield, Phillips said: “You would flip a coin!

“I believe Klopp had a conversation with the player over the Easter weekend so I expect that deal to happen.
“Wow. Who is he going to replace? Who is going to miss out? It would be hard to make an argument for any of them to be dropped.
“It would certainly not be Mane though, he has to play every week and is the best out of the three.
“I could see Werner up top with Mane on one side and Salah on the other. One of those player’s nose is going to be out of joint.
“But Klopp may play all four with Firmino just behind. I would be excited by that front four!”
Football Insider understands the Reds are unwilling to match Werner‘s £53.7million release clause which can be triggered in June.
The Reds are instead considering a reduced offer with the fee spread across three payments.
