Andre Green has revealed that Leandro Bacuna is the player from the Aston Villa squad who is always late for training.
Winger Green also stated that goalkeeper Mark Bunn and right-back Alan Hutton are the early birds to training.
Bacuna is currently serving a six-game suspension after the club’s senior player was sent off for chest-pumping the assistant referee during his side’s 1-0 win against Derby in February.
The 25-year-old has served four games of that ban and will miss the two home clashes against Norwich and QPR after the international break.
During a quick fire question and answer session, Green revealed all about his fellow teammates.
“Well, Leo Bacuna, [is late for training]” Green told the club’s official YouTube account. “The lads have probably already said that.”
Bacuna has been a bit part player for Villa this season, under Roberto Di Matteo and Steve Bruce.
He has played 24 Championship games for the club, scoring one goal and providing one assist during that period.
The versatile player has played a number of roles for his club this term from playing as a right-back, central midfielder and wide midfielder.
During his suspension, Steve Bruce has guided his team to four wins from their five matches which has seen his side climb up the Championship table.
They will be looking to continue that impressive run when they take on managerless Norwich on April 1 at Villa Park.
