Rodgers must start 21-yr-old in Celtic crunch match, he can win title single-handedly
Patrick Roberts’ second loan spell at Celtic hasn’t gone as either he or the club would have helped, as injury has ruined his chances of making a big impact this season in style.
He has only started one game for the Hoops since December, but he should 100% be starting the Hoops’ upcoming match against Rangers, where a win could see the Bhoys clinch the league title.
The 21-year-old has always played well against Rangers in his time with the Hoops, most recently in a second-half cameo in the Scottish Cup semi-final where he was fouled and won the penalty which lead to the Hoops’ fourth goal.
With James Forrest running out of steam after an excellent season, the time seems right for Roberts to end his second spell with the Hoops in style, by creating havoc in the game which could see the Hoops win the league.
Roberts has the skill to almost win the game on his own, and he is more than capable of taking a game by the scruff of the neck and dominating it single-handedly.

The upcoming derby could be one of the most memorable in the Hoops history, as they aim to win the title against their bitter rivals for the first time since 1979, and Roberts is more than capable of being the man who can get the title party started.
