Kylian Mbappe has confirmed that he unfazed by reports that Tottenham and Arsenal are interested in signing him.
The Mirror claimed that the two north London clubs were looking to prise the wonderkid away from Monaco after a series of impressive performances in the principality.
He has since firmly denied any talks with a move away from the Ligue 1 leaders and his attention remains solely on them.
“Sorry, but I do not look at what the English press say. I remain very calm about the attention I get,” Mbappe said, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

“I get up in the morning and I go to practice like everyone else. I try to work to improve myself every day and I try to do on the pitch what I do during the training sessions.”
It’s no surprise that Mbappe has received plaudits this season after scoring 19 goals in all competitions for Monaco.
He was brought to the attention of English clubs after scoring in each of the two legs against Manchester City as his side booked their place in the Champions League quarter finals.
In Ligue 1, Mbappe has scored five goals in his last three matches and has been a key figure in Monaco’s brilliant campaign that has seen them smash an astonishing 87 goals in 30 games.
Didier Deschamps gave the teenager his first senior international call-up last week when he was picked in his France squad to play against Luxembourg and Spain.
Football Insider Verdict
For Mbappe, the wise thing to would be to stay at Monaco. They are leading Ligue 1 with ease and they look set to be big rivals to Paris St. Germain in the coming seasons. They’re also doing better than most English clubs in European competition this season so if he wants to learn how it feels to consistently lift silverware every year then he should stay put. For Spurs there are other targets out there and £51million is a staggering amount to pay for someone. The club’s scouts must be able to find a hidden gem for a lot less.
