Agbonlahor: This is the date Kane could leave Tottenham after Paratici reveal
Gabby Agbonlahor has suggested Harry Kane may not leave Tottenham until deadline day on 31 August.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England forward insisted Man City will do all they can to sign the England captain.
New managing director of football Fabio Paratici told Sky Sport on 4 July, via Fabrizio Romano, that he wants to “enjoy” Kane at Tottenham.
Football Insider exclusively revealed on 9 April that the striker had told friends he wanted to quit the club this summer.
Despite his incredible personal record at Spurs Kane is yet to win a major honour in his career.
The closest he has come with Tottenham is the 2018-19 Champions League final and last season’s Carabao Cup final.

He is two games away from leading England to the European Championships but when their campaign ends his focus will turn to his domestic future.
Sky Sports reported on 22 June that Man City have submitted a £100million bid for Kane.
And Agbonlahor has tipped the Premier League champions to maintain their pursuit.
He told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “I think it will be one of those sagas that lasts the whole summer, Harry Kane.
“I don’t think he’s going to go until right until the transfer window closes. Man City will try hard to get him signed.
“It just depends whether Levy is going to price him out of a move.”
Kane has scored 166 Premier League times in 245 games for Tottenham.
He is just 95 goals away from overtaking Alan Shearer and becoming the league’s record goalscorer.
