Tottenham insider makes bold Arsenal claim after what he's seen

Arsenal are considered the favourites to win the Champions League this season, followed by Bayern Munich and Manchester City.
The current holders and the team that have won it for the last years, PSG, are not expected to win it again, but it would be dangerous to bet against them.
Luis Enrique's side have failed to win any of their last four games across all competitions, and sit all the way down in 13th in Ligue 1.
Should it continue, PSG may lose the benefit that usually gives them the upper hand in the latter stages of the Champions League.
Enrique's quality squad means many of his star players barely even feature in the second half of the league season and can rest for the European ties, with the title usually done and dusted.
"Your next question was Champions League. Paris Saint-Germain or Arsenal? That's my answer," King told Football Insider.
"I think Real Madrid are in a transition period. I think Barcelona, you know, they're okay in Spain, but against the top teams. I had to laugh that Bayern Munich, I read yesterday, that's the first time they haven't scored in a competitive match in 47 matches."
Supercomputer backs Arsenal for Champions League glory
Having come within one or two kicks of finally lifting the iconic trophy in May, Arsenal have been backed to return with a vengeance.
Opta's supercomputer has backed the Gunners with a 21.63 per cent chance of going all the way.
Bayern follow closely behind with a 17.75 per cent chance, while Man City have 14.31 per cent.
Incredibly, the supercomputer has given PSG just a 5.46 per cent chance of repeating what only Real Madrid have ever done - winning the Champions League three times in a row.
