Aston Villa fans are urging Steve Bruce to sign five-times Premier League winner John Terry on Twitter after the pair were pictured together.
Terry, 36, will be out of contract at Chelsea at the end of the month and shared a picture of himself alongside the Villa boss, and his son Alex Bruce, playing golf on his personal Instagram account on Friday.
The veteran centre-back said that it is “pleasure” to be playing golf with “the legend Steve Bruce”.
Some Villa fans are now suggesting that Bruce should enter talks with the Chelsea legend as they look to make improvements to their squad over this summer.
The Birmingham-based club are aiming to return to the Premier League following their relegation last year.
