Can't believe it - Aston Villa fans not happy with this Steve Bruce team decision v Birmingham

Steve Bruce has named a strong Aston Villa team today, as the Clarets host their domestic rivals Birmingham City in a crucial Championship match.
Villa, who are currently third with 56 points, could jump to second place with a win today, as Derby County are currently only two points ahead.
This has been reflected by Bruce’s team selection, as he quite clearly wants to avoid a potential banana skin in the form of a struggling Blues team, who are currently 20th in the Championship.
However, fans were not happy to see the emission of Gabby Agbonlahor, who has not been named in a squad since December 23rd 2017, and some took to Twitter to voice their concerns.
Here are a few of the best reactions:

Agbonlahor is a firm fan favourite at Villa Park, having scored 86 goals for the Clarets during his illustrious career in Birmingham.
However it seems that Steve Bruce still prefers other attacking options, as the Englishman is not in the matchday squad once again much to the fan’s dismay, despite being fit for selection.
On the whole, the squad is very strong, and focuses on defensive prowess. The likes of James Chester and John Terry solidify the back line and should be enough to hold the Blues at bay.
