Leeds fans on Twitter are hoping their chances of signing Kyle Bartley have increased after Swansea confirmed their safety in the Premier League.

Crystal Palace beat Hull City 4-0 on Sunday afternoon which resulted in them going straight back into the Championship.

It also meant that Swansea will remain in the top tier of English football with Middlesbrough and Sunderland the others two sides suffering relegation.

Leeds fans were urging Swansea to give them back Bartley, who was on a season-long loan at Elland Road this season.

The 25-year-old is due to move back to his parent club after a highly impressive campaign under former Swans boss Garry Monk.
