Bournemouth manager Marco Rose must do everything in his power to keep Justin Kluivert at the club if Eli Junior Kroupi is sold.

According to Gazette dello Sport in Italy, Juventus have Kluivert on their radar this summer, and the forward has previously had a five-year spell with Roma in Serie A.

It comes as interest is mounting for fellow forward Kroupi from the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern Munich.

Rose, who officially started work as Bournemouth boss on June 1st, would lose two of his biggest attacking threats, and sources of goals if he was to sanction the sales of Kluivert and Kroupi in the same transfer window.

Whilst Bournemouth could make a healthy profit from player sales, it would leave Rose with plenty of work to replace them in the transfer market.

Bournemouth set price tag on Eli Junior Kroupi

Bournemouth have been a selling club over the past few years, and it would be no surprise to see another big departure this summer.

Sources told Football Insider that Bournemouth could place a price tag of up to £100million on Kroupi, as Rose does not wish to sell the 19-year-old.

It would make more sense for Bournemouth to sell Kluivert over Kroupi, as the 27-year-old missed 21 games this season through injury, and there is no guarantee that he will return to his best form.

Rose is bound to be watching Kluivert closely at this summer's World Cup before making a final decision on his future at the Vitality Stadium.

Marco Rose facing blow to European ambitions

Rose takes over from Andoni Iraola at Bournemouth, who was praised for the fine job he did at the club.

Iraola was able to ensure Bournemouth qualified for Europe for the very first time in their history in his final season at the club despite losing three of his first choice back four last summer.

Rose would be tasked with a similar situation in attack if Kluivert and Kroupi are both sold.

To compete in the Europa League, Rose should be looking to add depth to his squad, and selling his best players would be a step backwards early into his Bournemouth career.
