Eli Junior Kroupi: Tottenham Hotspur odds-on favourites to complete deal with ‘huge’ offer

 Tottenham Hotspur’s odds of securing a deal for Bournemouth sensation Eli Junior Kroupi have been slashed by one UK bookmaker.

The 20-year-old was one of the breakout stars in the Premier League in the 2025-26 campaign and netted 13 goals.

As a result, the striker has been linked with a move away from the club, with Football Insider exclusively reporting that Tottenham are willing to pay £85million to secure Kroupi.

Now, one UK bookmaker has made Spurs the odds-on favourites to win the race for his signature after slashing the chances of a move down to 4/6.

This is despite Bournemouth likely demanding more than £85m for their rising star this summer.

Kroupi was a key factor in the Cherries qualifying for Europe last season for the first time in their history as they prepare for Europa League football.

How good is Eli Junior Kroupi?

Based on his performances from the 2025-26 campaign, it is of little surprise that Kroupi is a wanted man this summer.

The attacker scored the highest number of goals scored by any teenager in a debut season in Premier League history, beating Robbie Keane and Robbie Fowler’s record.

On top of this, the 20-year-old was the first teenager to score against all three of the teams finishing the season in the top three in a single season.

According to Fotmob on 14 July, Kroupi’s stats during the 2025-26 Premier League season were outstanding.

Overall, he was averaging 0.70 goals, a 0.45 xG, 2.78 shots, 1.18 shots on target and 1.76 clearances per 90 minutes in the English top-flight.

Therefore, with the youngster only likely to get better with age, he could emerge as a potential bargain for Spurs despite his high price tag.

Who else is in the race for Kroupi this summer?

While Tottenham are currently the favourites to sign Koupi, multiple teams have not been ruled out of the race.

Chelsea are just 4/1 to complete the signing as Xabi Alonso looks to upgrade his attack this summer.

PSG are also believed to still be in the race at 8/1.

Liverpool are potential outsiders for the attacker at 14/1 after their troubles up top last season.

Nevertheless, it remains to be seen where Kroupi will be playing his football during the 2026-27 campaign.
