By Harvey Byrne
Celtic star Moussa Dembele will on Tuesday discover the extent of his hamstring injury suffered against Rangers, according to a report.
The Sun have claimed that the 20-year-old had a scan on Monday and is due to get his results back on Tuesday to find out whether his season is over or not.
The young Frenchman lined up for the Hoops on Sunday at Hampden as they completed a 2-0 victory over their Glasgow rivals in the Scottish Cup semi-final.
However, he was forced off the pitch after just 34 minutes after pulling up short and then holding the back of his leg.
If the striker is ruled out for the rest of the season then it will be a huge blow to Celtic as they aim to complete an unbeaten Premiership season alongside winning a domestic treble.

The summer signing from Fulham has returned a huge 32 goals in 49 appearances in all competitions and has proven to be a key part to Brendan Rodgers’ team at his young age.
However, the Glasgow giants do also boast Scotland international Leigh Griffiths in their ranks, who came off the bench on Sunday to have a good game and many will have faith that he can stand in for Dembele if needed.
