Celtic likely to rebuff any and all bids for in-demand talisman in summer, no matter the money
Incredible as it seems, but some people think that Celtic will sell Kieran Tierney in the summer – although must of these people are ignorant English football fans on social media.
Tierney is said to be in fierce demand this summer, and has recently been linked with a move to Bournemouth, with the Daily Mail reporting that the Premier League side are set to offer £20million for the Scotland international.
No matter how much money the team that’s currently 12th in the Premier League or any other side offer, the Hoops will not sell the 20-year-old in the summer.
The player is seen as a talisman of the Hoops, the fan who is living the dream by playing for his childhood heroes and the reaction to selling the player would be so visceral from the Hoops support that people would be calling for Hoops chief executive Peter Lawwell to resign.
Now, although some Hoops fans may think that the player will stay at Celtic Park for his entire career, it must be expected that Tierney will eventually want to test himself against the World’s best in the Premier League.

However, such are Tierney’s qualities as a player, he could easily end up at a team like Manchester United, Tottenham or Arsenal – not a midtable side like Bournemouth.
There is little doubt that the Hoops will be offered big money for Tierney sooner rather than later, but fans do not need to worry about him leaving Glasgow – not yet anyway.
