Mauricio Pochettino has made two changes to his Tottenham team which takes on Hull in the final Premier League match of the season on Sunday afternoon.
The Argentine manager has decided to bring Christian Eriksen and Kieran Trippier into his starting eleven following Thursday’s emphatic 6-1 victory over Leicester.
This has resulted in Moussa Sissoko being axed to the bench, while Mousa Dembele has also dropped out of the Spurs line-up.
Tottenham confirmed their line-up via their official Twitter account prior to the 3.00pm kick off at the KCOM Stadium.

It is the club’s highest finish since they placed in second back in 1963 under manager Bill Nicholson.
Spurs have also achieved their highest ever points tally in the Premier League era as they sit on 83 and they will be keen to extend that to 86 against a Hull side who have already suffered relegation.
The Tigers are currently placed in 18th with 34 points won from 37 matches and they have suffered four losses in their last six games, including a 2-0 defeat against bottom placed club Sunderland.
