Deal all but done: PL 26yo wanted by Spurs & Arsenal on verge of clinching move - Sources
Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser is on the brink of agreeing the terms of a free transfer as Spurs and Arsenal chase his capture, Football Insider understands.
The 26-year-old’s contract with the Cherries is set to expire at the end of the season, allowing him to join a new team for nothing in the summer.
A source with an understanding of Fraser’s situation has told Football Insider that a deal is all but done between the Scotland international and one club.
It is understood that Fraser changed agents back in January and that his new representatives have helped take him to the brink of a summer move.
It will mean him leaving Bournemouth after seven-and-a-half years with the club.
As revealed by Football Insider at the end of April, the 11-cap winger is eager to join a Champions League calibre club, with Tottenham and Arsenal both keen on his capture.

The Gunners have been most consistently linked with a raid for Fraser and were in hot pursuit last summer after his brilliant 2018-19 campaign.
He managed to score seven goals and chip in with 14 assists in 38 Premier League appearances but remained with Eddie Howe’s men despite Arsenal’s interest.
He has struggled to rediscover his fine form this term, netting just once and setting up a further four goals for his teammates in the top-flight.
Despite an indifferent season, Tottenham are expected to join their north London rivals in the hunt for a free transfer this summer due to their limited transfer kitty.
Since joining the Cherries from Aberdeen back in January 2013, Fraser has player 208 times for the club, with 120 Premier League appearances under his belt.
